A weekly 45 minute sessions designed to give your body a blast and kick-start your fitness. Each session involves varied functional movements delivered at high intensity/circuit style to maximise your results.
The classes are suitable for people of all fitness and ability levels as all movements can be scaled to meet your needs and led by a highly experienced team of qualified personal trainers from varied backgrounds.
One2One sessions are also available for adults. Our team of Personal Trainers are experienced in delivering programmes aimed with achieving weight loss and hypertrophy.
The sessions are designed to meet the goals of the client and their level of ability. Each trainer will track and record baseline results and re-test these on a regular basis in order to monitor progress.
Sessions can be based outdoors or in a gym at a venue and time to suit the client.
