Qualitas One2One sport specific training is designed to help any individual improve their sport specific performance by focusing on the technical and tactical elements of the sport. This is achieved by assessing each individual in order to design a personal training programme based on their individual needs and the demands of the sport. Following this, our trainer will work with the individual to improve on those specific areas and offer advice on lifestyle, nutrition and recovery.

Sport specific training is available to all ages and abilities who want to improve in their chosen sport. Our training programmes are specifically and appropriately designed to meet the requirements of the individual.
